Bezzera Luce Coffee Machine

Built around Bezzera’s updated heat exchanger platform, the Bezzera Luce Coffee Machine is designed for consistent espresso performance with added control over temperature and workflow. With a 2L brass boiler, PID interface and integrated shot timer, it brings modern usability to a traditional E61-style format without changing how the machine behaves in daily use.

Stable Heat Exchanger Performance

The Luce uses a 2L brass heat exchanger boiler to deliver consistent brewing and strong steam pressure within a single system. This setup supports back-to-back espresso and milk preparation without interruption, while maintaining stable operating conditions once the machine is fully heated. The larger boiler volume also contributes to more consistent thermal behaviour during extended use.

PID Control

Rather than relying on traditional pressurestat-only control, the Luce integrates a PID system with a digital display, allowing you to adjust brew temperature directly. This gives you more control over how different coffees extract, without requiring changes to your workflow or technique. The addition of a built-in shot timer provides immediate feedback during extraction, helping you track and refine shot consistency.

A More Refined Platform

The Luce builds on a classic E61-style layout, but with updated usability and cleaner integration of controls. Tank-fed operation keeps installation simple, while the layout supports optional upgrades such as flow control for users looking to experiment further. It remains a hands-on machine, but with enough feedback and control to make adjustments more deliberate and repeatable.
