The Lab Series features Comandante’s Tigershark® burr geometry, built around a dual-row cutting structure that processes beans efficiently while limiting fines. This produces a tighter particle distribution, resulting in clearer flavour definition, more stable acidity and a more structured cup, particularly with lighter roasted coffees.

Grind Control

The stepped adjustment system provides precise, repeatable control across a wide grind range, from espresso through to immersion brewing.
