The 1L cold brew pot is made with Hario’s famous heat-proof glass and is topped with a BPA-Free plastic lid. The attached 60-micron mesh filter easily keeps grounds out of your final brew and makes cleanup a breeze.

Quick Hario Cold Brew Instructions:

• Coarsely grind 80g of coffee into the mesh filter.
• Add 1L of cold, clean water to the pot.
• Let it steep for 12-18 hours in the fridge.
• Take out the filter and store the concentrate in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Since the process uses cold water, the resulting concentrate has as much as 66% less acidity and bitterness, making it quite versatile. Mix your concentrate with cold water and ice for iced coffee, hot water for hot coffee, or mixers and spirits to make a variety of coffee cocktails.

The Hario Skerton N Coffee Grinder is easy to use and produces uniform grounds for cold brewing, as well as other coffee brewing types. Use it at home or while you’re away - it’s well-suited for travel.
