At its core, William features a 64mm flat burr set that ensures a uniform particle size for optimal flavour extraction. These burrs are designed for high-speed performance while minimising heat transfer, helping to preserve the delicate aromas in your beans. Ideal for espresso, the grind consistency also supports coarser settings for manual brewing methods when needed.

Micrometric Stepless Adjustment 

The stepless micro-regulation system allows for fine, incremental grind changes via the upper adjustment knob. With a clear scale from 1 to 10, it’s easy to make small adjustments and dial in your grind for different beans or recipes. This system supports accurate, repeatable results - especially important when perfecting espresso shots at home.

Smart Features

William is equipped with the Lelit Control Center (LCC), an OLED display that lets you program single or double doses, track usage stats and adjust in real time with the add/stop button.
