Grind-By-Sync Connectivity

The E80W GbS introduces Mahlkonig’s Sync system, enabling wireless communication between the grinder and compatible espresso machines to align grind settings with extraction targets. When paired with supported La Marzocco or Sanremo machines, burr position can automatically adjust in response to shot feedback, helping maintain recipe stability throughout service. 

This connected workflow allows recipes containing dose, grind position and extraction time to be synchronised across locations, reducing manual grind correction and supporting consistent espresso quality across shifts and teams.

Grind-By-Weight Precision

A high-precision load cell continuously measures coffee during grinding, enabling accurate weight-based dosing and reducing reliance on manual adjustment. This dosing approach helps minimise shot variability and supports faster drink preparation during peak cafe operation.
