The Epour percolator elegantly replicates manual filter brewing in several ways. First, with its pre-brew function, then with its rotating water dispersal, precise timing, and consistent water temperature -- all controlled from the minimalist touch panel. The result? Rotating Shower Head- The Epour releases hot water in a rotating motion that’s similar to when you’re making a filter coffee. This covers the coffee grounds gently and evenly.

Pre-infusion - Create a bloom like you would when preparing a pour-over with the Epour’s pre-brew function.

Four brewing profiles - The Epour chooses the best brewing profile for the amount of coffee you put into the filter, creating the best extraction each time.

Perfect temperature and timing - Heats water to a perfect 92 to 96°C and maintains a brewing time of 4-6 minutes.

Touch panel - All of the Melitta Epour’s functions can be controlled from the sleek touch panel.

Easy to clean - The filter holder and glass jug are both detachable and dishwasher safe.
